  1. Chanteur is correct, or go to Monaco.

  2. no, it' s forbiden

the only casinos in France are allowed in thermal cities only.

  3. Yes, there are many casinos here but you must get invited.  They are run by private clubs mostly.  The most well-known is Club 79 on quentine bouchourte near Champes Elysees.  They are illegal but the french police look the other way as long as it is not advertised (and they get their kickback).

If you're a member of 'small-world' you can get an invite quickly!

If not, then hang out at Foquet's or "pied de cochon" late in the evening and look for the high-rollers that go there during breaks.

Most the players there are Russian, Japanese, and Chinese.  So, not so many french people.

It's an amazing experience to play in the underground casinos!

  4. There are Casinos everywhere in Paris, I mean the supermarket chains called Casino. Not your type of casino for gambling. Lol !

  5. The well-known casino for Paris inhabitants is in the suburban town of Enghein, less than half an hour by train from Paris.
