any casinos i have been to never allow 18 yr olds. the indian casinos in ct. only allow 21 and over. the casinos on the boats do allow 18 yr olds to gamble.

uhh ya theres 2 in road island but you can only play slots or bet on horses/dogs. they are called newport grand and twin river.
