Are there any catching tricks for pokemon sapphire? like ways to catch a pokemon easier?

i am trying to catch the regis, and i have like no money to buy ultra balls, and i have like 20 of them. i have already cot one. i amtrying to catch the other two. what is an easy way to catch them.

Get a pokemon to use thunderwave, and use moves that don't do too much damage, lower the HP tull it turns red, then catch it.That's the best way, but you can make them go to sleep also, sleep makes the pokemon 4x easier to catch, and paralazing  does 2x.
