Are there any cell phones that can play streaming video?

I am in the market for a new phone. I want a phone that can play streaming video from the web. Like youtube,yahoo video,etc. I was looking into either the Samsung Instinct or the Apple Iphone. If either of these,or any other phone,can play streaming video please let me know. Thanks

There are many cell phones out ther that can play streaming videos, both phones you mentioned by play streaming videos. If you have sprint, i would highly recommend the Samsung Instinct.
