Are there any charities, humanitarian organisations or similar groups with a particular focus on music?

Question

For example, by bringing free volunteer-based music education (or musical events) to children in developing countries, street children, sick children... basically by providing musical education and experiences to children and even adults who might be disadvantaged by whatever circumstances? Is this an absurd and impractical idea of no use whatsoever, or are there any non-profit organisations out their with a musical or "music aid/therapy" focus? Please forgive me if this is a highly stupid question or if it is in the wrong section.
