There are some stables to the northeast of you, in Alpharetta, but I am not sure what they charge for lessons- it's been a while since I left the Atlanta area. Check the phone book under "riding academies" or "stables" and do some calling around. You can also check with the local tack and feed stores- they can help you find an instructor that you can afford.
