Are there any cheap nike/adidas/branded goods in Ho Chi Minh? Any Factory outlets there?

I'm heading to HCM in march and would like to find out where to get cheap stuff. Not the handicraft but the commercialised stuff like Nike Shoes, bags. Does anyone know if HCM sells fake Louis Vuitton too?

Yes, you can find LV stuffs in VN. I purchased couple adidas and puma racing shoes in Saigon. They look nice, but can't compare with the shoes in US.
