At Bethlehem University there are Programs Offered In Bethlehem, Jerusalem, Ramallah and Amman, Jordan. Here is their website, I'm sure you can browse the site even contact them for more information about the course you wish to take. Cheers!

edit: I was browsing the site myself and it appears that there might not be a campus in Jerusalem anymore. But, the University in Bethlehem lies at a distance of 10 kms (6 miles) to the south of the Old City of Jerusalem. Close enough perhaps. Best to contact them.

There is the Jerusalem.Mormon University.

The university is located on The Mount of Olives (also Mount Olivet, Hebrew: הר הזיתים, Har HaZeitim; Arabic: جبل الزيتون, الطور‎, Jebel ez-Zeitun, Jebel et-Tur, "Mount of the Summit") is a mountain ridge to the east of Jerusalem. It is named from the olive trees with which its sides are clothed. At the foot of the mountain is the Gardens of Gethsemane. The Mount of Olives is the site of many important Biblical events.

all but one are secular universities ,the one being "bar ilan" and even that university has many secular students (myself included)."bar ilan" has courses in jewish tradition and history that are mandatory but i think learning more about religions is important (this coming from an atheist..)

the tel aviv university is the biggest in central israel .having studied there also ,i can tell you that it's much more fun since it's closer to the beach :)

Most Christian instituions of any kind have long since been burned,closed or otherwise driven out. That's why Christians and Muslims should work together to drive out the yehoodi. Every Christian village in the Galilee was destroyed in the early 50's and all of the Presbyterian hospitals and clinics were taken over by the government. The Baptist House in Jerusalem was burned down by yeshuva students in 1985 and the "government' has refused to issue a licence to rebuild. Christians are very unwelcome in der judenstatt except as tourists.

Unlike America most universities elsewhere in the world don't have a set religion. Most universities are mainly secular institutions. Whilst there may be Jewish/Islamic/Catholic societies there are rarely religious universities. The only one I can think of is Jew's College which is part of the University of London which is a rabbinical school, however, that is the exception rather than the rule. Israeli univesities are secular not religious in nature.

there is no christian university in jerusalem, however the Hebrew University is a secular institution, and the Center has no religious dimension or theological mission, overt or hidden. It is the only institution of its kind in Israel.You can study christianity at the hebrew university in jerusalem, the Center for the Study of Christianity is dedicated to the promotion of research, in all fields, themes and topics related to Christianity and its history.
