If its snare drum, bass drum or tenor drum, The Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association runs an annual Summer School at its HQ in Washington Street, Glasgow and they teach all levels of drumming, even beginners.

They can also put you in touch with a band in your area who might be willing to take you on as a beginner and teach you.

Pop down to the local blue nose, orange lodge.  You'll be playing in no time at all.

Try Biggars on Sauchiehall Street, they are the biggest music store and I know they run lots of different types of music lessons, if they don't do drum lessons I'm sure they could advise you where to go.  The website is below..
