Are there any clubs in annecy?

I want to go to lac d'annecy in france for about a week in the summer holidays - but are there any clubs besides all the bars and old people's cafés? haha thanks for all the real french who answer:)

Annecy is a beautiful little city, I've rarely seen a lake with such clear, clean water! The city is called "little Venice" beacause of its many canals. Really a neat place for walking around the town, window shopping and enjoying the sights...

As to the nightlife...The french don't call 'em clubs...they call them discothèques or "dancings"...

There are nine in the Annecy Yellow Pages

one is called Pop Plage, and is on the edge of the lake (says it's big enough for a 1000 people).

There is a bowling club/restaurant and disco called "Le Bowl".

(I'm afraid I can't give you better references...I've been to Annecy with my grandson who is only a year old...too young for discos yet!)
