Yes, all the colored contacts can be made into plano (no RX) contacts. You will still need a contacts check up by your eye doctor to get the base curve and diameter that you need.

Absolutely. They just don't put any vision correction power in them (known as "Plano"). The samples of color contacts in the Optomotrist or Ophthalmologist's office are actually always Plano so any patient can try them on, and then if they like them the doc will order them in their Rx. But since you don't need vision correction they may let you wear home some samples!
