Are there any comfortable nose ring studs?

I have a small fake diamond on a hook type of back. I want a real diamond on a stud. Do they make these and do you know how much they cost?

They do but it will probably be expensive. If you want something really comfortable with just a crystal they make bioflex or bioplast jewlery that is awesome for comfort. They are made from medical grade cilicone and are durable but flexable. I bought labrets like this on ebay, 11 for 15 bucks including shipping and they are just the best. For a real diamond you should go to a jewlery store and ask around about where you can get one and cost. You could even just look up the number of stores in your area and call about it instead of driving around.
