Vaginitis. The inflamation of the vagin.

Muscles strains, that's the only injury that is directly related to being in p**n, and it's from over exertion and positions. Other injuries may occur from someone being treated too roughly, like in any situation, but they aren't necessarily s*x injuries, they are injuries from a separate act (anal ripping from trying to stick something too big in there or back injury from someone being thrown around, etc).
