Are there any countries with white people that are maintaining or increasing their population ?

Hmmm.  Maybe in Eastern Europe.  Most of western Europe is struggling to maintain their overall population numbers and are seeing more immigrants from Asia and Africa.

The US sees positive growth primarily because we have such a high rate of immigration from all over the world.  I think the birthrate among White women in the US is lower than the rate among minorities.  I don't know the ethnic mix of new immigrants so its difficult to say if the lower birthrate among Whites is offset by new immigrants.

The world is changing.  Most people are NOT White.  As countries become more diverse, the ratios will change a lot.

Most of South America. Countries such as Argentina have 97% white populations, and Brazil has 93million whites or 49% of it's population. They are increasing and replacing the native amerindian populations due to higher birthrates.

I think all nationalities of the world are doing okay, except for one that was nearly wiped out when invaders took over their land (Native Americans).
