I heard the Old Navy ironically enough employs actual Navy guys. But if you leave your clothes in the dressing room....they shoot you. Tread careful.

Okay, it is against the law for any US citizen to go to Cuba and spend money.  

Canadians (and citizens of other foreign countries) don't have this problem, so there might be some cruise ships that go to Cuba, but they are not docking in Guantanamo Bay and they are not docking in the United States either.

As other people have alluded to, it's not a destination anyone can visit, except on military business.

That said, MANY Western Caribbean cruises will sail past.  On a cruise in 2003, we were close enough to see the US Flag flying.  And the Captain mentioned that on a previous cruise a passenger had fallen ill and was medivaced by a helicopter sent from Guantanamo.

I don't think any ships would want to stop there. It is a military base mainly used to house prisoners from Afghanist and and Iraq.
