NO, cruises going to the South Pacific and Australia and New Zealand will leave from the west coast of the US, most likely Long Beach (LA) or San Diego. Then there are also some cruises which start in Hawaii and Southeast Asia which go to Australia. Most new cruise ships now being used are probably too big to even come down the St Lawrence Seaway to Toronto.

If you want to go went and cruise on one check out Princess and Holland America cruise lines.

Not exactly, however you may be able to combine one from Toronto to Florida and then take one from there.
