  1. yes went last week no meat or dairy products even in tins or meat sandwiches.


  2. If they are not liquids, there shouldn't be a problem. You never know though, some jobsworth at customs might see some kind of deep hidden terrorist threat in a lump of cheese. I got my hair conditioner taken off me when I went from Spain to England recently. It isn't really a liquid, more a cream but some ignoramus decided that it could constitute a potential threat (like conditioning everyone's hair to death - watch this space for the next horror movie on the subject!)

    If you can, put it in your checked baggage and you won't have any problems.

  4. If you put it in your checked baggage you shouldn't have a problem, but you will have a problem with anything that's not considered 'dry' in your hand luggage i.e. bacon, sausages. Obviously there's still a limit on liquids but please be careful what you put in your hand luggage. I would add that there's not very much you can't buy over here, so there's no much point in bringing tea bags etc.
