Are there any dangers from the media? Like tv programmes, adverts books etc...?

Like people taking bad influences?

You have to keep an open mind and not always believe what the media says.They try to convince you what you want to hear. Sometimes I find it best to walk away from their answers. If you watch or listen continually, you get right into the web, trapped and mesmerized. I never watch or listen long enought to fall victim into this web. Therefore the dangers lay dormant. Everyone has the right to think for themselves and pray for the best.

Aside from the danger to the media itself - like reporters in the field, those at home reporting lets say 'unpopular' stories, and the media damaging itself in a variety of ever disturbing ways, there are plenty of dangers that can be associated with the media.

The news can be and has been supplied false information.  On purpose, no less.  The media in general can be and upon occasion has been swayed by parent corporations/sponsors.  Several forms of media have run articles, shows, movies or news stories they know to be um, questionable and presented them as fact.  They can run what's supposed to be entertainment and people may take it seriously.  (The best example of that one may be the War of the Worlds broadcast.)  Personally, I still don't see what's real about most reality TV.  Ads, TV shows, books, magazines, newscasts, etc. can run the gamut from wonderfully insightful to horribly damaging... depending on who's watching/reading them.

Absolutely, it's not always and rarely only the medias fault.  Plenty of people have blamed bad behaviour or choices on the media but just because there's smoking, drinking, drugs, crimes, people starving themselves to be thin enough, behaving horribly or whatever else doesn't mean the viewer/reader bears no responsiblity for their choice to emulate such behaviours or actions.  In all honesty, I'm am just as harsh (if not moreso) on irresponsible media as irresponsible persons but this has gotten way long for a yes answer.
