Are there any definite strategies (study and test taking)...?

That guarantee a score of 80% or higher on the SAT's?

I got a 1600 on my first try , which i need to get up to atleast a 1920

Take an SAT prep course. It's expensive but worth it.

Just believe in yourself. I was always test phobic and yet when I took my three part teaching test I passed on the first try. I went in saying I pass or fail and I always take it over. Well I didn't and believe in yourself and you can join the club of those who believe. Just do the best you can I did.
