Are there any devices out there that can help a deaf person know when the phone rings?

If the phone ring, it will flash or vibrates but whats the point a deaf use a phone. But if is SMS, i have nothing to say.

you may be able to get a similar strobe / flashing light ringer for less then this link above... just showing what is available.. was one of the first links... i think home depot may have something like this but not completely sure... maybe check alarm stores or radio shack..
