Are there any diet pills out there that actually work?

First of all, I would never use a diet pill, as I want to lose weight in a healthy manner.

Now I want to know if any of those diet pills or diets out there actually work. And please share your success stories. And also talk about the excercise equipment and the regimen you used. I really need to lose weight. I have a Wii Fit and have been using it for a month now and have lost about 10 pounds, but I want quicker results.

  2. there are some out there but they are very hard to get, because they are so dangerous and have awful side effects, the ones they sell in chemists like adios don't work, they are placebos so don't waste your money

  3. Basically, no. Maybe in the short term, but mostly psychologically. And they all have undesirable side effects.

    If there were, we'd all be ideal weight and busy somewhere else on Y'ho. And, the gastric by pass surgeons would have to find some other way to make their money.

  4. I've done low carbs, nutrisystem, counted calories, I've done them all.

    I would never recommend Alli - the side affects if you don't stick to it 100% are disgusting. Meridia & Adipex from your doctor do work to curb your appitite. I've lost 15 lbs. in 6 weeks with Adipex. No you are right, pills are not the answer, but if you are willing to honestly change your life style then I do recommend help to start.

    Walking outdoors, up inclines & the elliptical seem to be the best two things for the lower half of your body. I walk 2 miles a day with my dogs then 30 to 40 minutes on the elliptical (one of the good ones), with different levels and work outs on it. Throw in weights every other day for your upper body.

    Every two months I throw in work out tapes for a couple weeks so my body doesn't become accustome to the same work out every day. When your body does, the weight loss and toning slow down.

  5. they might work at first, but if you stop using them the weight will come right back! just keep on doing the wii fit...thats the best thing to do & it will help keep the weight off.
