Are there any direct selling companies where i don't have to purchase a start-up kit?

I don't want to have to spend a lot of money for a start-up kit. I'm looking to get money not spend it. If not, is there and direct selling companies that have cheap or less expensive start-up kits?

I refer travel- and there's no "kit," but you get your website immediately and access to online backoffice, etc. It is only $299.95 once, $50 annually, and $29.90 a month. (all tax deductible) There is no inventory-you just direct people to your personal travel site or Concierge Desk in Austin, TX.

I don't know about any with out a start--up kit, however, Mary Kay starter kit is only $100.
