I am kind of lazy and have a hard time keeping up with the chemicals in traditional chlorine systems.

  1. Nope, none at all

the Salt Water Level runs around 1/10th of sea water levels and tastes like water from the old salt water conditioners

It does not eliminate Chlorine though

what it does with it's titanium plate is changes Sodium Chloride (Salt) Into Hyposodium Chloride (Chlorine)

So you're still swimming in chlorine

  2. yeah, you have to swim in salt water
