Under section 80U, in case the assessee is permanantly disabled, you get 50000 flat exemption.

Under section 80DD, if the assessee bears expenditure for disabled dependants, exemption upto 75000 (in case certified as "severe") and 50000 if not.

Under section 80DDB, for expenditure for specified diseases (refere rule 11D), exemption upto 60000 in case the expenditure is for a senior citizen and 40000 if not.

All these fall under Chapter VI A.
