Are there any drinks that can make you feel full or substitute for a meal?

I know ensure is one of them but are there any ones that taste like juice.

What are their names?

Special K came out with some fruit drinks recently that are a meal substitute ~ they are normally in the same aisle as Ensure and Boost.

Sorry, I can't remember what they are called.  Fuze drinks are also a good fruit drink, if you get the Slenderize version (I like the raspberry one in the blue bottle).  They work for me.  Good luck to you, but remember you need to eat at least one balanced meal per day.  Liquid diets are not healthy & not recommended unless prescribed by a medical doctor!!!  Take care!

Anyway...I'm 6' 0", 210lbs and the Slim Fast Optima shakes seems to be the best of the lot. If I need a snack or don't have time to eat a real meal, it's the best option available, IMO. But none of them taste like juice.

if you are drinking alcoholic drinks instead of a meal you've got problems and those nutrition supplements are stupid they wont make you feel full
