actually viagra works by blocking an enzyme (phosphodiesterase 2 ) that destroys cGMP..The cGMP promotes the production of nitric oxide a powerful vasodilator. The nitric oxide causes significantly enhanced blood flow in an area of the p***s which becomes engorged and induces erection. This drug type selindafil is the result of years of research and there are at present no OTC drugs that can even come close to mimicking this effect. The ads for all those enzyte and herbal viagras are nonsense. Viagra does have a weaker but albeit some positive  effect on women as well
