Are there any early signs that will lead to alzheimer's or dementia like from youth?

There are not a lot of known facts about causes of these diseases, but they are thought to be hereditary.

No don't think so   . much later in life  I think.   Over 60   or so.

no. most commonly it affect people in middle age and the earliest signs are around the age of 30-35. unless you have genetic testing done

No - but if you want to reduce the possibility of developing it always stick to a low fat diet - do plenty of regular exercise and do a crossword or a sudoku every day for the rest of your life.
