I'm looking to purchase an RV to travel across the country next year, but I want one that is eco-friendly. Are there any available? Thanks in advance.

  2. All RV's use a lot of fuel.  I haven't heard of any hybrid ones yet, but it sounds like a good idea.   You could get a diesel powered RV and run biodiesel in it, or waste vegetable oil as another answer suggested.  The biodiesel could be used with no modifications to the existing vehicle.

  3. presumably not as I have no idea what an RV is.

No vehicle is eco-friendly - they all consume resources and require infrastructure impacts.

  4. Buy a diesel and convert to waste vegtable oil .

  5. ask the RV dealership, I know Toyota had one WAY back in the day that was basically just a RV camper on a small Tacoma that didn't use a whole lot of gas in comparison but now a days I don't think so
