there is a magazine called 'living france' whihc has listings of all Englsih speaking accountants, solicitors, surveyors and other useful services in France by region, plenty of classified ads.

You can get this magazine at WH Smiths in England, and occasionally at smaller newsagents.

if you are already in France , they may have a website, google the name.
