  1. Eye excercises work very well when prescribed correctly for certain conditions.


  2. Yes, in fact, there are! But, it won't improve nearsightedness/ farsightedness/ astigmatism; it will only fix eye tracking, depth perception, lazy eye etc. This program, called vision therapy, has many more success stories than Bates Method too! Find an optometrist who offers vision therapy and see if you're a candidate. I went through that program, and now my eyes work together and no longer go cross-eyed (I used to have a lazy eye). It is expensive though, and it takes a lot of work and time (around 15 minutes a day for 8 months), but there is a great chance you will get results!
