Market City in Haymarket, Sydney has a large number of factory outlet stores to choose from, and there are quite a few  stores stocking surfie gear.  

DFO (direct factory outlet) in Homebush is a factory outlet centre, however the stuff there is usually from a season or two ago and not very nice.  

There is another factory outlet centre in Birkenhead Point, and I think there are a lot of stores there stocking surfie clothes.
