when purchasing a wyndham points time share on ebay are there any recurring fees other than the taxes and maintenance? I found 60,000 annual points for sale with maintenance and taxes for $360 per year. I just want to make sure I am not going to have to pay a membership fee for wyndham in addition to the $360 per year, or if there is a recurring fee for a wyndham membership in additon to maintenance and taxes, what that fee would be. This is my 1st timeshare purchase. Thanks for any answers.
