Yes, there is always something going on, everyday. Tourists are most welcome. Ask for the calendar of events at the local tourist office for your resort and surrounding towns. Don't miss a street fest noz where everyone dances traditional dances. The locals will show you the moves for each of the dances (it's actually far more elaborate than it looks):

It's considered rude not to join in but it's also very rude not to dance it properly as you would be disrupting the rhythm! So find a local who can speak English if you cannot speak French or Breton.
