  1. every thing is good except the saturated fatty acid(fatty or junk meals)..


  2. i think wine is..in moderation of course.

Omega 3 containing foods (oily fish, flax, hemp seeds etc), soluable fibre (oatmeal, legumes, apples, okra), blueberries, pomegranates, green tea, raw nuts and moderate amounts of red wine.  Things to avoid would be trans fats (margarine, shortening, hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated oils), damaged or heated polyunsaturated fats (corn oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil-best to get these fats through cold natural foods like raw nuts and seeds, oily fish, whole grains etc), and refined sugar/flour.

  4. Actually a bit of red wine has been known to be good for the cardiovascular system.  But alcohol should be avoided in anyone with cardiac, renal, liver or kidney problems.  

    Monosaturated and polysaturated fats, low sodium, low cholesterol, high fiber foods are all good for the heart.
