  1. English food!

  2. bananas

  3. They wont eat the english c**p thats served in the english bars and cafes here, and rarely are they seen in the indian restaurants as well. But on the whole, they eat everything, one only has to look through the trays in the butchers to see that...even the pigs squeak is eaten here, I also bought a tray of chickens feet this morning, but we're not eating them they are a treat for the dog, but were in the chiller cabinet with all the other cuts of chicken.

Bread and butter is never served here, ready made sandwiches as well are not eaten by the spanish, they are available in some stores, but for the english.

The food is tasty but not overly spicy

  4. Generally speaking NO, there aren't any foods that the spanish won't eat...

Spanish are big consumers of fish (of all kinds), and most everything else under the sun, if it is well prepared!

Spain is a country with a great variety of cuisine. From the north, where the climate calls for stews, pulses, and heavier foods, to the south with its gazpacho and fish fries..

    You can take your pick....

  5. Like anyone else, it would depend on the individual person. As a general rule of thumb, elderly people don't particularly do well with very spicy or heavy foods, nor do very young children, but the rest is really dependent on the individual and their likes and dislikes.

  6. Spaniards eat everything, just as everybody else in Europe. It also depends on the person.

  7. Trust me, I live here, they eat everything, they never serve bread and butter together though.. not in restaurants anyways.. you have to ask for butter. There food is seldom spicy either..
