  1. It really depends on where you live.  Use this link to find Head Start programs in your area.

    If it shows an "Early Head Start" program in your area, that would be for kids 0-3

    Enter your city and state and the search radius.  Under "type" select Early Head Start.

In our area there are several programs starting with sooner start and parents as teachers, and ending with home based head start.  I would suggest calling your board of education, your pediatrician or social service agencies.  Also, you may find information at your local library.  Some libraries have a community board and thats a great place to find programs like these.

  3. Most Early Head Start programs (0-3) have a home based visiting program where an EHS worker comes in once a week to do educational activities with you and your child.  Some Head Start programs also have programs where they partner with Home based daycare programs.  Call your local Head Start and see what they have.
