  1. Am not sooo sure, cos there might be...

  2. http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/revision/

This is a revision and test page but if your American, I don't know if the things are the same that you need to learn but I use this website if I need to test myself, it's free =)

    (I live in England.)

  3. http://www.tea.state.tx.us/student.asses...

    Texas TAAS

The best way to "test" them is to give them a self-teaching plan and supervise them closely.  Encourage them to do their very best every day.  Look into the Robinson Curriculum.

  4. Go to www.k12.com and click on the link for "Take Placement Tests" on the right side about midway down.

They have Placement Tests for Math and Language Arts (including Reading comprehension).

  5. HTC - the placement tests for K12 are just that - placement tests into their curriculum.  They won't tell what level a child is working on other than within the curriculum - as all homeschool curricula placement tests.

The links that were posted to the free released Texas state tests are about as good as you're going to get for free.

This place is a resonable cost ($20) for what you get (Math & LA):

  6. Even if you homeschool, your local school district will provide the placement testing and end of grade testing necessary for your child.

You will have to speak to the district supervisor ahead of time and be sure to make testing arrangements before the test is due to be taken.
