Are there any free management courses both postal or web based that leads to a recognised qualification?

I doubt there are any.The words 'free', 'management' and 'recognised' are basically incompatible. Seriously though, a management course needs to be of a high standard to be recognised, which requires investment in talent and time and that has to be paid for in this world. Management also requires human interface as it is about people - achieving results through others - so I doubt that any purely postal or web course could be recognised.
