Are there any free sites to find criminal records?

I want to look up a person and it seems like all the sites I find you have to pay for to see public records. Are there any free ones? I want to find his criminal record

The only way to get it free is to know the agency that someone has a record on already very diffucult

No they will tell you they are free and show you a very little info but then they want like 20 dollars

Nope. If you want to check on a public record you have to pay or

go to the courthouse yourself and look it up.

Michigan has O.T.I.S.

go to the States website or their Department of Corrections website- it is free.
