i found an article at buzzle about online casino game sites that sometimes have charitable events.

red cross has an interactive game that teaches fire safety, flood safety, etc..  though it doesn't involve donations, it teaches lifesaving skills.

It's not a game, but you can click every day at the Hunger Site to donate food to those in poverty.  There's several other great causes there, and all you have to do is click!
