Are there any good REAL online career schools?

Question

I want to do motorcycle repair and building. I saw one from Penn Foster that is a certification program for motorcycle repair technician. Is this program any good? Also as far as other things like ATV's, go karts, race cars and other things like that is there anything else supplemental that would go along with this or another program that would include EVERYTHING even some fabrication and metal work type stuff for building custom bikes and other stuff?
