Are there any good alternatives for sony vegas?

Well, my copy of Sony Vegas Pro 7 seems not to work properly with video importing, so i need a good alternative, that's similar.

  1. Adobe Premiere Pro 2. But have at least 2 gigs of RAM to run it right.

    Have to ask but what problems are you having importing anyway?

  5. Vegas is a good video editor but unsupported Xvid codec.
