I cannot tell you if this association is reputable or not. I just googled "boxing delhi". I would imagine that with a population estimated to be 13,782,976 in 2001 that the odds are that there will be a number of good gyms in Dehli.

If you fail to find any quality gyms you could also try researching other arts that may have reputable schools in Delhi such as Thai boxing or Jeet Kune Do if you are interested in other martial arts. You could if interested also look at Indian Martial arts. Wiki has an article - "Indian martial arts" which would probably be a good starting point.
