Are there any good edditing programs for mac beside imovie i want to be able to draw on the video?

imovie dosent do that a i needs to be freeeeeeeeee with out a turret or hacking

  1. you won't get anything like that for videos and macintosh for free and legally.


  2. He's right.  The best program out there would be Adobe After Effects.  But that is $1000 normally and with student discount at Gradware.com it is still $340.  It's worth it--trust me.  But if you can't spend the money then forget about it, you're not gonna get something like that for free.

    There are actually several out there, although it must be said that they won't be as good as something like Adobe After Effects.

    You might want to try Hyperengine-AV for a start and then - if you really want a challenge - Blender is the tool to try. It is professional grade compositing and rendering software but absolutely free.

    You may find you need a couple of free tools to accomplish what you're after, but these might be the ones to start with.
