if you dress up and are accompanied by a pretty lady (or ladies) there should be no problem anywhere.

I susggest you try Batofar which is on a boat moored at 11 Quai François Mauriac in the 13th arrondissement.

as there isn't an (enforced) drinking age, you can most likely get into any club. be sure to dress appropriately though.
