Please tell me, also I'd really like to use one where you can do practically the same things you can do without a proxy

You can use a software-based web proxy.  The one I use allows you to do anything like normal because you use your own web browser, not one built into the proxy.  You connect to the software and then open your browser and have at it.

Sorry, but any web-based proxy that is free will not let you submit forms (e.g. answer questions on Y!A, buy and sell on eBay, etc.)
