Are there any good/romantic formal dress restaurants in Ottawa?

Hey, I am wondering if anybody would know a very good formal dress restaurant in Ottawa? Price doesn't matter however food and wine must be good for the price.

The Keg is the only place i've had a good meal in Ottawa. Sorry to say, but the food in that city is horrible

I am a former chef and have been to Ottawa several times, it is not as common now for a place to be that formal, years ago, hotels were the premier place for formal dining, I worked in the hotel business as a sous chef for 20+ year, and was involved in my early years with places that did what is known as "french service", white gloves and everything served at your table, not just tossed on a plate.

I would check out the hotels, like the Delta, Westin and the Fairmont's Chateau Laurier, they would be the best palce, the keg is nice, but they are more a casual dining experience, not a suit and tie or gown and fur place.
