There is Liverpuncher, but the scoring system on that site is kinda shrewd so i dont go there anymore, there's also a few other U.K. based websites that sometimes have ex-pro's on it giving advice and such.

try looking up Jack Dempsey and maybe you'll find a copy of 'Championship Fighting'.  Or maybe Boxing by Edwin L. Haislet.  I'm fairly sure that copy write expired and there is some PDFs floating around the web.
