Are there any good train at home schools I could go through?

I tried Pennfoster for something else but it didn't work out but I would like to know if there are any other schools out there like Pennfoster but better and more promising of a career. I was thinking of now trying the medical billing field and be a work-at-home mommy. If I were able to still have a good paying career and stay at home with our son, it would be terrific. What are my chances of training for a career (such as this one for example) and pulling it off; promising a good income to help out?

I would read a book called Accelerated Distance Education. It would be really helpful as you figure out your options.
