Are there any good vegan resteraunts in New Mexico?

I just moved here after 5 years away, and meat isn't my thing. Anyone know any great vegan or vegetarian restaurants in this state? Preferably Albuquerque area, but I move around the state often enough to try different areas.

Also, if there is anyplace that just happens to have a few good veggie dishes, I am okay with that too.

Good ones NO!!!! remember this is a state where they ask if you want Hatch chillie on your burger, sandwich, etc.

What passes as 4 star dining would be the drivethrough at Sonics.

I suguest stocking up on tofu before going outside Abq.
